Researchers holding interest on the topics of this Workshop are invited to submit high-quality full papers (6 pages maximum length) through the EDAS online submission service. At the time of paper submission, authors must ensure that papers are not under review and/or have not already been published or accepted for publication elsewhere. It is mandatory that the first page includes the main title, the abstract, and a list of keywords indicating the paper’s topic area, the authors' full names, affiliations, and the corresponding e-mail addresses.

All accepted papers will be published in the conference proceedings and by the IEEE, and will be accessible via IEEE Xplore Digital Library. Authors are required to submit fully formatted papers (PDF), with graphs, images, and other special areas arranged as intended for the final publication. Papers should be written in English conforming to the IEEE standard conference format (8.5" x 11" - US letter, Two-Column), minimum 10-point font size. The final manuscript for publication will be limited to 6 IEEE pages. Papers must meet format requirements set by the EDAS electronic submission service to be accepted.
