 Brief biography:

Abderrezak RACHEDI (S'05, M'09, SM'15) is currently working as full professor (Professeur des Universités) at the University Paris-Est Marne-la-Vallée (UPEM) and a member of the Gaspard Monge Computer Science laboratory (LIGM CNRS UMR 8049) since september 2008. He received his Habilitation to Direct Researsh (HDR: habilitation à Diriger des Recherches) from Paris-Est University in Dec. 2015, and his PhD degree in computer science from the university of Avignon (France) in 2008. He received his research MS degree (DEA) in computer science from the University of Savoie in France in 2003, and his engineer degree in computer science from the University of Technology and Science H. B. (USTHB) in 2002. He received PES (Prime d'Excellence Scientifique) in 2013. He is author or co-author of more than 100 publications in international journals, and conferences.

Research Interests:


My research interests lie in the field of data transportation and resources management with Quality of Services (QoS) and security concerns in wireless networking:
Internet of Things (IoT), Wireless Sensor Networks (WSN), Vehicular-to-Everything communication (V2X), 5G: Devices-to-Devices (D2D) communication, Machine-Type-Communication (MTC), Multi-hop Cellular Networks (MCN).
