Associate Professor at Université Gustave Eiffel
I got my PhD from Université Montpellier 2
I worked on combinatorial methods for phylogenetic network reconstruction,
at the LIRMM
(in Olivier Gascuel's bioinformatics group
in Stephan Thomassé's graph algorithmics group
supervised by Christophe Paul
Discover Who is Who in Phylogenetic Networks
I'm also interested in 2-interval graphs
and their restrictions
, since my master's thesis supervised by
and in collaboration
with Stéphane Vialette
We are studying other graph classes with Christophe Crespelle
and I'm working on graph clustering problems with Alain
since my postdoc in ANR project Moonlight.
I'm also working on computer tools for research in humanities.
With Jean Veronis
I've programmed TreeCloud, to visualize
the content of texts
using trees of words.
With Hyeran Lee
we've worked on an adaptation of the CPIDR software
to measure idea density - a linguistic indicator of Alzheimer's disease - in French texts.
in 2007-2010, I also teached Computer Science at Université Montpellier 2, and I'm a member
of the ACM
Some events whose organization I was recently involved in:
Algorithmes & Permutations 2012 workshop,
EPIT 2014 spring school.
