FUNCTION: IsCTab - test whether the argument is a contretableau

CALLING SEQUENCE:

IsCTab(expr)

TYP[IsCTab](expr)

PARAMETERS:

expr = any expression

SYNOPSIS:

• The IsCTab function tests whether expr is a contretableau that is a list of list(s) of integers with some conditions on the list(s), and on these integers.

• Whenever there is a conflict between the function name IsCTab and another name used in the same session, use the long form TYP['IsCTab'].

EXAMPLES:

> with(TYP):
> ct:=[[2], [3], [5,3], [5,4,2,1]]:
> IsCTab(ct);
