Publications related to 'nested network' : A phylogenetic network is nested when two different reticulation nodes have merge paths that are either disjoint, or strictly contained, or intersecting in one of the two reticulation nodes, or intersecting in one of the two reticulation nodes and the last node on its merge path. A merge path p is defined as a path from a reticulation node h to one of its ancestors s, when another path exists that intersects with p that intersects it only in s and h. More results about binary 1-nested (galled trees), 2-nested, 3-nested, k-nested, nested networks on ISIPhyNC.
