The resources included in the Unitex packages are not the whole dictionaries. For any information about the electronic resources and the languages supported by Unitex, please e-mail unitex@univ-mlv.fr.

We propose here stable and unstable versions of Unitex. Stable versions are not modified in any way. All modifications (new functions, bug correction, ...) are made on the current unstable version. Changes may occur on the unstable version at any time without notice. Modifications from previous versions may not be documented.

VERSION 2.1

The package you can download here is the version 2.1 including resources for English, Finnish, French (France, Quebec), Georgian (Ancient), German, Greek (Modern and Ancient), Italian, Korean, Norwegian, Polish, Portuguese (Brazil, Portugal), Russian, Serbian (Cyrillic and Latin alphabets), Spanish and Thai.

This version is fully documented in the Unitex 2.1 user manual.

For MacOS users:

You can download here a zip containing the precompiled binary UnitexToolLogger that you just have to unzip in your App directory.


Once you have downloaded the file Unitex2.1.zip, consult the the Unitex 2.1 user manual to install Unitex on your system.
Note that there is a new section in the manual that explains how to install Unitex on MacOS.

New functionalities from previous version of Unitex are described in the manual, page 12.

Previous versions of Unitex are listed here, but mainly for archaeological reasons. We do not recommend you to use them, since you may encounter problems or bugs that have been solved in the lastest version.
