Computational Linguist at Systran

Tasks:
  • Responsible for the language pairs English<>Greek and French<>Greek.
  • Construction and maintenance of electronic dictionaries, corpora and other language resources.
  • Recognition and automatic translation of named entities (proper nouns, dates, hours, measures).
  • Translation quality testing.
  • Translation memory processing: pre-processing, text-alignment and automatic translation processing.
  • Software localization, review and quality control.
  • Review and quality control of the Greek user guide.
  • Software quality testing.
