Introduction
Currently, I am professor assistant at the
LaBRI.
I received the PhD Degree in December 2004. My thesis
focused on the study of RNA secondary structures and, in particular, their comparison using a tree distance.
Research
main research axis:
- In bioinformatics, I work on RNA secondary structure comparison using
tree edit distance.
- In theoretical computer science, I work on indexes (suffix tree, suffix
array) and sequence edition/alignment.
Teaching
Actually, I give courses in the master in computer science:
- algorithms on strings: edit/alignment/indexes
- python programming
- template programming in C++.
- network programming.
- C system programming under UNIX (Posix).
