FUNCTION: SpDimRep - calculate the dimension of an irreducible representation of the symplectic group

CALLING SEQUENCE:

SpDimRep(lambda)

CG[SpDimRep](lambda)

PARAMETERS:

lambda = any list denoting a partition

SYNOPSIS:

• The SpDimRep function calculates the dimension of the irreducible representation of the symplectic group, with highest weight represented by a partition lambda.

• Whenever there is a conflict between the function name SpDimRep and another name used in the same session, use the long form CG['SpDimRep'].

EXAMPLES:
