Some news

The book Distributed, Embedded and Real-time Java Systems is out ! Damien Masson and Serge Midonnet are the authors of chapter 3 "Handling Non-Periodic Events in Real-Time Java Systems".

Few Words

The real-time algorithmic group is interested in real-time specific algorithmic issues and real-time programming languages.

Real-time algorithmic relies on systems temporal properties analysis. The main topic is the search for efficient scheduling algorithms which permit to offer warranties concerning the respect of timing constraints. Our topics of interest include the temporal fault tolerances and the aperiodic event handling in both mono and multi processors environments.

One of our objectives is the complexity reduction of real-time algorithms in order to use them in restricted real-time programming context such as the Real-Time Specification for Java (RTSJ).

This group is part of the LIGM algorithmic team.
